AI Teams & Smart Capital: Workshop with International Experts

How do you build a team that works effectively with AI and find the right partners for your startup?

As part of ICT WEEK Uzbekistan 2026, a workshop for startups will focus on building AI teams and attracting strategic investment.

Julian Gilliam, Creative Director for Generative AI at Meta, will present “The Team Got Smaller. The Roles Did Not: How to Build AI Teams That Actually Work Together.”

John Paul Isham, Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Raising at Xsolla, will share his experience in a session titled “Beyond the Investment: The Importance of Smart Capital & Strategic Partnerships.”

The program will cover:

building teams that work effectively with AI;
distributing roles and responsibilities within small teams;
the importance of smart capital for startups;
building strategic partnerships with investors;
Q&A with the speakers and networking.
