BirBir is a free classifieds platform (mobile app and website) where users directly buy and sell electronics, clothing, cars, real estate, and services with no intermediaries or fees. A full ecosystem featuring secure chat, an AI assistant, smart search, fast delivery.

Problem

Uzbekistan's market lacked a trustworthy, secure platform for direct P2P deals — users faced fraud risk, hidden fees, and uncertainty about counterparties, especially older or less tech-savvy users.

Solution

Free listings, MyID identity verification, content moderation, secure in-app/Telegram chat, AI-assisted listing creation, and "BirBir Delivery" — 2-hour courier delivery with escrow-style payment holding.

Business model

Core listings are free (no commission); revenue comes from paid promotion tools, professional-seller badges, advertising, and the paid "BirBir Delivery" service. Not a marketplace — no warehousing/inventory logistics required from sellers.

Target Market
